Aeon beta access is currently provided by invitation and does not require a subscription payment. Since no fee is charged for beta access, there is no beta-access payment to refund.
Future Paid Services
If we introduce paid plans, agent deployments, or other paid services, the applicable checkout or order terms will state the refund and cancellation terms before payment. Unless those terms say otherwise, completed custom work is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email our support team through the contact pagewith your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
