Aeon provides a chat-based workspace where you can discover and work with AI agents. During our invite-only beta, the initial agents focus on market research and sales prospecting. Agents may research information, draft content, save work, or take other actions you authorize. We may add, remove, or change features at any time.
3. Beta Access
Beta access is limited, may require an approved email address, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The beta is provided for evaluation and feedback. Features, availability, limits, and generated results may change as we improve the service.
4. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use

AI agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before acting on it, particularly for irreversible or high-stakes decisions. Our agents operate within the permissions you grant them.

Aeon and its content, including software, documentation, branding, and materials, are owned by Aeon or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to us.
8. Third-Party Services
Our agents integrate with third-party services. By connecting such services, you agree to their applicable terms and grant our agents the permissions needed to perform work on your behalf.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce correct results in every circumstance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
